MANUFACTURING OF PASSENGER COACHES
Our group and its predecessor organisations have been manufacturing traditional rail coaches for almost 70 years.
Our tasks include:
– the manufacture of steel bodies and their main components (underframe, side walls, roofs, bogie, etc.),
– assembly of bogies and railway wheel sets,
– installation of interior equipment (large plastic panels, seats, electric equipment, enclosed PRM toilets, etc.),
– preassembly of wagons (brakes, crossing, traction and buffer devices, etc.).

MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND MAIN INSPECTION
Our colleagues have extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of railway vehicles.
Our competences cover – among others – the following:
– carrying out inspections due the according to time-based or run-based maintenance cycles of railway vehicles,
– carrying out maintenance and repair work (main workshop repair, main inspection) required by the age and technical condition of the rolling stock,
– full repair damaged, accident and broken-down rolling stock,
– the external refurbishment and interior upgrading of rolling stock, as well as improving its comfort.

We also manufacture and repair a wide range of components and parts of rail traction and towed vehicles. Our customers, in addition to state railways, include private railways and rail vehicle operators in Hungary and abroad.
For example, we have expertise in the repair of:
– bogies
– wheel sets
– brake parts
– pivot pins
– buffer and traction devices.

STEEL CARBODY MANUFACTURING
Our group has extensive experience in the manufacturing of the carbody of railway vehicles, one of the most demanding steps in the production of railway vehicles. The technological process includes material machining, welding and precise assembly of steel structural elements. Our expertise and the technologies we guarantee a safe, durable and quality-compliant carbody structure.

COLLABORATIONS
Our group cooperates with several renowned international rail vehicle manufacturers. Our aim is to establish fruitful professional relationships with as many competent partners as possible.
We also consider it important to strengthen our research and development activities, which is why we have concluded a framework cooperation agreement with the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and are working with other higher education institutions to deepen scientific cooperation.
